SHREVEPORT, LA: Seaside Healthcare, a behavioral healthcare service corporation headquartered in Shreveport, Louisiana, announced that it has acquired the Fayetteville, North Carolina Behavioral Healthcare firm of Haire Enterprises, Inc. which provides services under the name of C-Rep. C-Rep stands for Community Re-entry Program which is the core mission of the nationally recognized behavioral health treatment program. C-Rep, founded in 2006, joins the growing Seaside Healthcare family of behavioral health and substance use programs serving communities across Louisiana, North Carolina, Texas and Georgia.  The acquisition was completed May 1, 2019.

C-Rep, in its service to the Fayetteville, North Carolina region provides a broad range of behavioral health services for children and adolescents as well as their families. Those services include substance use intervention, anger and stress management, parenting skills, self-esteem awareness, communication skill training, problem solving skills among others. C-Rep’s objective is to stabilize the living situation of the child or adolescent and reinforce and assist in strengthening the family structure for the young person and their family. The program also helps establish access to community resources that can further support the young person and their family in maintaining a family environment conducive to positive outcomes.
