HOUSTON, TEXAS: William “Eddy” Schedule, MBA, has been named Executive Director of Houston headquartered Deblin Health Concepts which operates outpatient and telehealth behavioral health and chemical dependency treatment services across the state of Texas. Franklin Roemer, CEO of Seaside Healthcare, the parent corporation of Deblin Health Concepts, announced the appointment of Schedule.
Roemer commented, “It is with pleasure that I introduce Eddy Schedule as the new Executive Director of Deblin Health Concepts. His background and organizational skills and experiences will help further our mission of providing necessary, effective, and “close to home” behavioral health services to the Texas communities we serve.”

In his career prior to his Deblin appointment, Eddy Schedule served as Director of the US Navy’s Drug and Alcohol (DAPA) program for the South Texas Region and was the clinical and treatment advisor for all treatment and rehabilitation from 2002 – 2005. For the past 8 years, he worked with hospital leadership in various hospital settings to provide leadership, executive coaching, and patient experience improvement projects.
Originally from Dallas, TX, Schedule joined the US Navy in 1985 and lived for 15 years in San Diego, CA before finishing his naval career in Corpus Christi in 2005. Schedule currently lives in Montgomery TX. He received his undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale Illinois in Workforce Education and Development in 2000 and earned his Executive MBA from Texas A&M in College Station TX in 2011. He is married to his wife Angelina and they have 5 children.
